John & his team came out to my property & worked magical wonders. We had a 12x12 patio that was about 14 years old. He tore that out & poured a 14x50’ across the back of the house & it looks amazing! He was also kind enough to regraded an area that was not included in this project with extra dirt to fill in lines in our front yard & moved some huge rocks we were not able to lift as well. He came back out as promised (since the huge patio was from 7 am to 10pm) & fixed everything & really helped with a few additional tasks we needed completed that were not included in this project! They were extremely friendly & funny to speak with & a great group of guys! Please see pics attached for before & after! I would highly recommend them for future services!

Had a drive way extension poured for my service truck and pickup. Also had a walkway poured to our back patio. They all turned out great! Crew was very professional and took great care of the surroundings. The pad for my service truck was a special pour due to its weight and I haven’t had a single issue!! Fantastic work and a great price! We had our septic lines replaced. Hays Property came out to grade, seed and extend our patio. We had him back out to power wash the house, drive way and sidewalk. 100% recommend! Thanks for the great work!

John did a great job on a parking pad for our camper. He amazed me because he did not stop until he was happy with the job to perfection. He also took care of some of the low spots in my driveway which wasn't part of the job we asked him to do. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and the job is done correctly.

We had a fairly small project of placing a drain pipe underground and then placing sod to correct a grading problem that had water sitting at the edge of our brand new home when it rained. John was super responsive, gave an excellent and honest estimate that cost way less than we expected! We already have plans for more projects with Hays Property Services. I Am more than satisfied and highly recommend!

5 out of 5! John cleared out an area of brush that was making our yard look disgusting and needed to go & he did such a good job in no time!! He also graded our backyard that had some serious runoff issues with terrible mud and washout, it looks amazing! He takes pride in his work and makes sure you are completely satisfied all while charging great, fair prices! Great guy to work with! I’d definitely recommend him to anyone!

John came out and fixed some problem areas on the front of my property. He did an excellent job smoothing out low spots and filling in where tree roots were exposed due to the soil being washed out during recent rains. Now I'm ready for some sod to complete the job. Thanks John Hays!

Highly recommend! Asked for a quote late Sunday afternoon, Johnny came by Monday and taked to us and was out Tuesday to clear the piles of debris. Also cleared a path for our fence installation and removed the old garden bed. Price was beyond comparison and his services exceeded our expectations. We will definitely have him back out for our next projects.
