WOW! We are totally blown away with the quality, integrity, and hard work! Hays Property Services went above and beyond on our backyard patio transformation. Before, we had a standard 10x10 slab with a “deck” extension that was falling apart. Now, we have a beautiful 12x38 beautiful pad that’s so much safer for our family. John & his team came out to my property & worked magical wonders. We had a 12x12 patio that was about 14 years old. He tore that out & poured a 14x50’ across the back of the house & it looks amazing! He was also kind enough to regraded an area that was not included in this project with extra dirt to fill in lines in our front yard & moved some huge rocks we were not able to lift as well. He came back out as promised (since the huge patio was from 7 am to 10pm) & fixed everything & really helped with a few additional tasks we needed completed that were not included in this project! He did an excellent job smoothing out low spots and filling in where tree roots were exposed due to the soil being washed out during recent rains. Now I'm ready for some sod to complete the job.
